Things to know about the 'blood beaver moon'.

An awe-inspiring celestial display should mark their calendars for a rare lunar event in November.

This full 'beaver' moon will be at its fullest in Vancouver on Tuesday, Nov. 8 at 3:20 am.

On Nov. 7 the moon will appear full in the hours leading up to that time.

This event will lasts nearly six hours the moon will only appear red for a portion of that time.

If you want to see the moon while it is red the time to do that is between 2:16 am - 3:41am.

Commonly known as 'beaver moon' it is also called the full frost moon by other American tribes.
